You certainly don’t need daily maintenance, but a six-monthly or annual check up gives you peace of mind knowing you can go on for another year without worry or having to find potentially thousand of pounds for upkeep, repairs and worst-case scenario, replacements.

Unlike your car however, damaged or maintenance-starved playground equipment, especially in public areas can very quickly become dangerous and unsafe and with the end users being children, this can pose serious problems legally and financially and can have long-lasting and negative effects on your reputation.
